J.R. Simplot Company
Location: Helm, California
Scope: Over $2 million upgrade to process
Lighthouse Electrical performed a large process upgrade for a Central California fertilizer facility. All conduit was uniquely aluminum ARC. Allen-Bradley motor control centers were used for reliability and ease of service. Lighthouse Electrical’s engineering partner ICAD provided full electrical engineering, as well as permitting and project management throughout the project.
- ICAD and Lighthouse
- Product manufacture used Allen-Bradley by Rockwell Automation control systems and new switch gear
- Lighthouse team provided conduit from the main controllers to the field devices
- Our sister company ICAD Automation’s engineers created the design and build specifications for the IntelliCENTER software for the motor control centers. Providing a window into your MCC for real-time diagnostics and documentation at your finger tips
- aluminum rigid conduit (ARC) was a specialty needed for this project because of it’s corrosion resistance to provide full-line of easy to install and low maintenance conduit
- Electrical panel build out to support the new control systems and new switch gear
- With both companies working side-by-side the engineering, drawings, and installation was a very smooth project.
- Project management, Engineering, and Electrical contractors was inherently seamless because of single point of company culture and values.
